Hi, I’m Patience — a listed Specialist Counsellor, deep listener, and big believer in people’s unlimited potential for growth and healing (and strong coffee). I offer a safe, supportive space to explore life’s challenges and reconnect with your strengths.

My approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based methods such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.

I work with individuals seeking clarity, calm, and real tools for emotional wellbeing.

Currently offering online counselling and therapy, with in-person services available in Fourways, Johannesburg from September 2025.
