Hi, im Patience – a listed Specialist Counselor, deep listener and big believer in people’s unlimited potential for growth and healing ( and strong coffee). I help people make sense of life’s messier moments – whether that’s anxiety, stress, burnout, grief or feeling like you’ve lost your way. My approach  is grounded, compassionate and focused on helping you  nurture self-awareness, build resilience through practical coping skills, and ultimately support you in realising your potential for well-being.

My academic background includes a Masters in Clinical Health Psychology from the Lithunanian University of Health Sciences and a  Bachelor of Social Sciences Honours in Psychology from the University of Pretoria.

Over the years, I’ve worked in the mental health field across both public and private sectors in South Africa, Lithuania, and Malta. As a trained mental health practitioner, I have experience in the diagnosis, assessment, and treatment of a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, stress, and trauma-related concerns.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and grounded in person-centred principles. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based practices, solutions focused therapy and trauma-informed care. This allows me to tailor support to each individual’s needs, creating a collaborative and compassionate space for healing and growth.
