Psychoeducational training for stress, emotional resilience, and mental wellbeing

This offering provides interactive workshops and talks for corporate teams, educators, students, or school staff, focused on building practical mental health and wellbeing skills. Grounded in trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), these sessions equip participants with tools to manage stress, improve focus, support emotional regulation, and prevent burnout.
